Cottage OwnerForms
Submit forms online — no need to print, mail, or hand-deliver paper copies. Every submission goes to the camp office and is stored with your cottage record.
The Four Cottage Owner Forms
All four forms can be completed and submitted here. The camp office still accepts printed copies if you prefer paper.
Cottage Transfer
Transfers a ground lease from the current owner to a purchaser who has been a Turner in good standing for at least one year. The Cottage Owner Prequalification form must accompany it, and the District Council must approve the sale before it is finalised.
Cottage Owner Prequalification
Establishes that a prospective purchaser meets the membership requirements set out in the camp rules, and is submitted alongside the transfer form.
Improvement Request
Requests approval from Building and Grounds for exterior alterations, additions, sheds, decks or gazebos. Spring construction closes 15 March, fall construction 15 July.
Facility Problem Report
Reports a problem with camp buildings, water, roads or grounds so the Facility Manager and Building and Grounds can schedule the repair.

What Happens Next
A completed transfer form is forwarded to the Illinois District Treasurer at P.O. Box 211, Fox River Grove, IL 60021, who verifies that no fees are outstanding against the cottage and presents it to the District Council for approval. All private cottage sales and lease transfers must be approved at a regular Council meeting, and every new cottage owner is required to attend a New Cottage Owners Meeting.
Improvement requests go to Building and Grounds, who review sketches or drawings for any exterior modification. A deposit of $150 is required for exterior repair or construction work, and the cottage owner is responsible for disposing of the debris.
